The Story...
My engagement with the Breathwork method began as a result of my personal need during a period of inner exploration.
Breathwork is a somatic approach that utilizes conscious connected breathing in combination with various other breathing techniques. Its goal is to support the safe management or release of the traumas we carry and the symptoms that arise from them, such as addictions, panic or rage attacks, depression, phobias, asthma, insomnia, and more.
Today, I dedicate my time to creating a space where people can explore, observe, and connect with aspects of their body, soul, and spirit. Through practices based on evidence-based methods and a personalized approach, participants can experiment and discover new ways of safety, self-care, and empowerment. They can learn how to break free from mental dead ends and release trauma by allowing the body to guide them—using the simplest and most natural tool available: the breath.
In this way, breathing becomes a tool they can integrate into their daily lives to release stress and anxiety, as well as to observe and manage their emotions safely. This approach is offered both individually and in small group sessions.
I received my training from Inner Resources Breathwork under the guidance of Paul Jones and Stathia Zouganeli. I am a Certified Professional Breathwork Practitioner with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA), as well as a professional member of the International Breathwork Foundation and the Greek Breathwork Association (EBE)
Also, I am a collaborator in breathing trainings through the Inner Resources breathing school and Pure Awareness breathing training. For further information, clarifications, or details about the training or the method, I would be delighted to connect and create the space and time needed for exploration.

What is Breathwork...
It is a therapeutic method with a somatic approach. The process is simple. Guided by my breath, I observe my body. I notice any sensations it may have and give them the space and time to be experienced without judgment, thus creating a place of safety for myself, within myself!

Through breath, we can access past experiences stored in the body, release blockages, and experience a sense of harmony between body, mind, and emotions. Those who take part in the breathwork sessions often leave feeling peaceful, with radiant faces, open hearts, and a noticeable sense of upliftment.
Breathing are divided into two parts. In the first part, we introduce the core principles of the technique—how it facilitates trauma release and the sensations that may arise in the body. The second part is dedicated to the breathing practice itself, where we guide and support you through the process for approximately an hour.
